My husband and I came here after spending days in Andalusia and this is by far the best food we’ve had here. We’re both Egyptian and the food did not disappoint! I had the Bamya which was so hearty and flavorful. We had originally ordered one order of tabbouleh and it was so good we ordered a second. The tabbouleh was perfectly sweet and tart (from the lemon and the pomegranate molasses) and FRESH (which was was much needed because I don’t think I had eaten a vegetable in days). My husband had the chicken shawerma which was quite good, well seasoned and not dry. We ended our meal with the most delicious cup of milk tea. We plan on coming back later tonight for some more tea and maybe some dessert. I cannot recommend this place enough! My recommendation is to try the Egyptian dishes (like bamya and koshary) because most Mediterranean restaurants don’t serve these!- Tipo de comida

Sitting inside, we ordered salmon cream”deconstructed “ chicken and beef shawarma and two orange juice. The place is kinda cozy. Though the waiter recommended a table facing AC, we felt it was still warm, maybe it was the weather. The fries tasted like home-made. They accommodated our oder for deconstructed shawarma since we are not fan of bread. Overall, we enjoyed the food, place and halal food

fresh and flavorful dishes, everything we tried as great! hummus, grape leaves, minced meat with rice (similar to Palow), and shawarma dishes. The lentil soup and tabouli salad were also fresh and tasteful.

Cozy dining spot tucked in a narrow but busy street offering delicious middle eastern cuisine. We visited on a weeknight and had to wait for a few minutes to get a spot for four. The shawarma was delicious and the falafels were next level. Definitely recommend when you're visiting Cordoba.

Amazing vegan option at Pasillo Oriental! While looking for a suitable vegan place, we found this cozy and lovely restaurant in Córdoba. The food was amazing, and the price was more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend it! The only downside was that we didn’t get any pita bread like the table next to us. Only after asking for some did we receive it.

A Fantastic Find: Great Food, Excellent Service, and Good Value!
I had a wonderful dining experience at Pasillo Oriental - S. Mohamed in Cordoba. From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent. Our server was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our meal.
The food was the real highlight. We ordered a variety of dishes, and each one was delicious. The BAMIA (okra) was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The Kushari was a fantastic, authentic dish, and the Shawarma de pollo and Shawarma de ternera were both incredibly tasty and generous in portion size. It's clear that the restaurant uses fresh, high-quality ingredients.
The value for the money was also impressive. For a meal that was so satisfying and delicious, the total of 47.35 EUR was very reasonable, especially for the quality and amount of food we received.
Overall, I highly recommend Pasillo Oriental - S. Mohamed. If you're looking for a restaurant with great food, excellent service, and a good price point in Cordoba, this is the place to go. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!- Comida

Great food! perfect place to be for something different in Cordoba. The food was great. only negative is that the restaurant is very small, we had no trouble getting a table but that is a possibility. The chicken shwarma was amazing and orange juice was delicious for a taste of all those spanish oranges!

An ode to Middle Eastern food ! We found this doing our visit to the Mosque of Cordoba - the hummus and kibbe were some of the best we’ve had. The team also stock Palestine Cola which is amazing ! An authentic must try to diversify from local Spanish food

Best humus I have ever had, since then I am making it at home and almost tastes as good as this one. Everything was tasty and serving was fast, staff is very nice. Higly recommend !
